HSC RS is seeking a dedicated Permanent Dispensing Optician to join a reputable Optometrist company based in South West, specifically in Bridgwater. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced optician to utilise their expertise in a busy, customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality optical dispensing services, assisting customers in selecting suitable eyewear, and supporting the team in delivering outstanding service standards. The role involves working from Monday to Friday with required Saturday hours, offering a stable and rewarding career path within an established practice.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Optical Dispensing, with a background preferably in Independent practices
- Strong customer service skills with a confident communication style
- Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- Leadership experience and ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with optical systems such as Optix
- Experience in pre-screening and retail sales environments
